The Happiness Challenge

This week we've been following BBC Breakfast's "Happiness Challenge". The task is to follow 3 simple steps and see what happens:
1. Write a letter of gratitude to someone each day.
2. Do at least one random act of kindness each day.
3. Meditate for a few minutes each day.
Personally, I've really enjoyed the challenge and have come to realise how happy I was all along! I'd love to hear some of your own comments.

Kia ora,

Great blog with all photographs of students in the classroom.

I like the debate topic " Should people eat meat". I support that statement.

Here is how you can say have a nice day in Te Reo( Maori) 'Kia pai tō rā"

And if someone does something "Cool", say " Ka pai!!!'
